It was a breeze to rent and move-in my storage unit. Although the staff on site were there and available, everything was as described by the customer service agent I spoke w/ on the phone. The only let down is that there are no security cameras on isle my storage unit is on. There are down some isles and on the front gate though.
C/S was very helpful, showed us the unit, and here we are!
