was given a yearly $90. special for Veteran's day over phone. Told them im movimg from PA to NC in November. Received a notice this March that rate was being doubled to $180 only after 4 months! I wrote & called & was told arrogantly that price can be raised when ever they want. They never upheld the deal I was given on phone and lady said she doesn't know why their agents do that????? Really???? I gave notice , found a much cheaper storage place & got myself out of there. will never recommend them to anyone.!!!
I was in use of my unit less than 3 months and my bill went through the roof. I was not please at all. When I called to find out why, the lady basically said they randomly raise the cost so pay it or get out. She didn’t really explain what changed and why. It was already more than what they told me it would be initially. Then on top of that, you jack up the price more without providing additional or improving current services or benefits. I’m glad I finally closed my account there.
Nearly doubled my monthly payment due to "current market conditions". Last I checked the market has not 2xed. Shameful..
too expensive. didn't inform me ahead of insurance that you have to carry and taxes almost $40 more. made me pay 16.98 for lock from them when I had one. then it was a shed not a unit.
terrible customer service. I have complained about them few times and nothing is ever done. When ask for higher up number they we will send our district manager and email to call you but never does. So I figured they never send an email at all to protect them selves. I have caught them in lies and changing their stories I moved to public storage and they are cheaper and somewhat nicer people. But stay away from here
