Christine at the Antelope,CA location was extremely helpful! The facility is clean and well maintained. They have great hours and the security at this place seams to be great. I can tell Christine enjoys her job, she had answers to all my questions and knew what was going on at this facility. She shows that she cares about the customers too. She called them by their name, that’s important to us. I would highly recommend this place.

Life Storage in Seffner Florida is the very best. 100% top notch customer service from the onsite Manager Pablo. We were scrambling to find an adequate storage facility to store our possessions in preparation for Hurricane Ian, and Pablo made this process extremely easy and accommodating. He was inundated with customers like ourselves, and maintained his excellent kind and professional attitude with all of us. This facility also is spotless clean. Terrible customer service and absolute abuse of trust by the managers at this location. They are completely unfair, took my money, and flat out refuse to return it, making up every excuse possible. They do not care about customers at all. Be very careful before renting here; look for other options if you don't want to lose your money. Totally dishonest!"

I am filing a complaint against Extra Space Storage at ***************************************, regarding damage to my belongings caused by mold, mildew, and severe dampness inside my storage unit.I rented a unit advertised as climate-controlled and stored belongings from my entire three-bedroom home there. I have been renting a storage unit from an Extra Space Storage location for 6 months now. I was given a promotional rate of $129 for the first 6 months, and told verbally that once the rate ended I would be charged $179 a month after that. That is also about the rate that the Extra Space website currently lists as the non-promotional rate for my unit. Instead the corporate office for Extra Space raised my rate to $229. If they refuse to honor their agreements they should not be receiving business

Zero stars would be more appropriate. I was just at my storage unit in ********* and the second I got out of the you can just smell the mold in the air its damp. My furniture is ruined and not replaceable as it is from the 70s. The upkeep is terrible. One of the garage doors is broken with a note saying you have to hold the button up. Enter back into the building hold the button down to close the door. Its been there for at least 2 to 3 weeks. The lawn landscape is completely overgrown. I originally rented through life storage they were bought out by extra space storage I believe I've been with them over 10 years. in 2023 I had two units that they increased the price by $75 for each unit without notifying me first I called to complain. Each year since 2023 it has gone up $100 last year it went up in November again by $100 however this time they chose to increase the price halfway through the year and charge me another additional $80.
