RecommendedAlex was very helpful explaining the policy and answered all the questions I have. I can see an issue of parking on the storage location. I was lucky enough on the moving day to find a parking space closed to the elevator. Not sure I will be that lucky again.

SCAM!!! After being a customer for only three months, I received a notice than my monthly storage rate will increase in 30 days at a rate that is 62% higher than my current rate... WHAT??? A 62% increase is ridiculously unreasonable! Is this even legal? It's certainly unethical!!! I called the company to express my dismay and frustration and asked them to review and assess their practice and charge a lower more reasonable increase after being their customer for only 3 months.
