I was a bit wary about placing my things in a storage...so I made a visit to the Extra Space Storage on Lee Rd. They were great. I was shown two different units so that i can decide what was appropriate for me. The lady was Courteous and very patient. The place is clean and not to mention save for the price and location. The manager greated me on my first day and walked me to my unit. It is large, clean and easy to get to through the spacious elevator. I really like this place. It's clean. It doesn't stink. The two ladies I have been working with to get the right storage unit for me have been more than fantastic. Pleasant. Smiles. It has just been a week so this is all I have to go on but so far fantastic. I'm on the fourth floor and use an elevator but I like that. They have four carts to use. The lock price is reasonable. I have used three other storage facilities in the past and I am more than delighted with this company so far.
The place is clean and is a convenient location for me. However, I would not go to the facility after dark as I have spotted individuals walking around the facility in the evening. In the early morning I have spotted individuals leaving the property through a opening in the rear fence. I did not feel threatened by these individuals but before visiting the facility I do think about the time of day and if I have valuables in the vehicle.
