The place is clean and is a convenient location for me. However, I would not go to the facility after dark as I have spotted individuals walking around the facility in the evening. In the early morning I have spotted individuals leaving the property through a opening in the rear fence. I did not feel threatened by these individuals but before visiting the facility I do think about the time of day and if I have valuables in the vehicle. Where do I start. The lack of support or the inept support that is given. 1 star is 1 star to many for this pathetic company. There is no manager or support for early or late hours. Was approached by individuals with questionable intents while moving items into my space. Lucky me I will be out of this S.H. by the end of the 30 days. Would NOT recommend to anyone for any reason. If they cut their price by 90% it would be a hard NO.

Avoid this place at all cost. The front desk people are so rude and don't care about you at all the entire storage unit is dirty and they scam the heck out of you. You get told a bunch of lies on the first day you move in and then when you try to move out you'll be met with fees and them steeling hundreds of dollars. Avoid working with Tosha at all costs. She is a big liar and scammer

Wait right up until the time you need your storage unit to reserve a unit at Extra Space. They called me several times beforehand to "just check in" and make sure I was still coming on the day I reserved for...and then called a couple times after I moved my things in to get feedback. Calling one time would be great customer service - anything more than that is excessive and annoying. As a facility, it's nice and seems clean and secure. If you are making a decision based on price, beware that they publish lower rates than their competitors but once you go through the hassle of moving everything in, they raise the rates right away! Two months after moving in! Not happy! Thank you Viviana, but I never mentioned that I expected my rate to stay the same for the life of my rental (I'm not sure how you arrived at this conclusion).
