RecommendedHelpfulness of original staff who helped set up the rental was excellent. We are still working on storing, so far no glitches in that from the Extra Space Storage side of the move in. We are, so far, well satisfied. and would recommend to friends and family.

Brittany was very knowledgeable and helpful. She knew the exact size of the storage unit that we would need and promptly showed it to us. The unit was very clean, as well as the grounds around it. The price is reasonable and we would recommend using this facility to anyone looking for a storage unit.

Getting everything setup was very easy and Angie was a great help.
I have used Extra Space Storage over the last couple of years and have always had a positive experience. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Brittany was very helpful. The only issue was the inability to decline the insurance initially. Would like a credit for the $47.00. Will call the location.
