Excellent service from the manager and staff. Clean facility with proper amenities such as heat that work great. Not overly crowded or dirty by any means. Highly recommend this place for anyone needing an affordable storage unit!

I don't always leave a review. However, my experience at extra space is an excellent one. I spoke with Byron M about storage requirements and also boxes to carry. Byron was an amazing sales person and customer focused. He answered all my questions and gave me other solutions to my complex problems. Kudos to Byron for going the extra mile. Thank you.

From the first phone inquiry to the move in, my experience with this location of Extra Space Storage was stellar. I was given the exact size I needed based on only loose info I was able to provide. This is my second time around renting (long term) from the Englewood location and I live in Queens, NY. Renting from them because of my experience the first time around. I know they're rather far from where I currently live but I feel safe and comfortable with Nelson, Ken, and the crew (I hope they never leave). They always try to help out in any way possible and always try to give me the best deal.
