The next morning Byron (manager) gave me a call and explained the whole process and helped me save money, by giving me the best option for my short term storage needs. He was very polite, courteous and went the extra mile to resolve and satisfy my concerns. He restored my confidence. Extra Space Storage has a gem and is very lucky to have such a team leader.
