Elizabeth went above and beyond for us. She was extremely friendly and helpful all the way through. She accommodated our strenuous move from Colorado to Texas. I had called several other Big Name Storage Companies and they help what so ever with our special situation with using PODS. Elizabeth has made our experience with Extra Space Storage professional, personable and courteous. Moving is already stressful and she made it happen for us.

If you’re looking for extra space this is place to come there’re very helpful and getting you what you’re looking for
Nice facility but don't like how they leave the fragments of locks on the floor, if cut off due to delinquency. Small children could be injured, keep an eye out. Did not have a pleasant experience with Chelsea, at all. Be careful how you speak with her, she tends to write notes about it and openly shares the information with others. A seemingly normal conversation can be misconstrued, doesn't seem to be aware about the Code of Ethics. Management was adequately responsive to the situation, appreciate it.

Customer service was awesome. Knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. Everything was super clean and access to my unit was very easy.
