Extra Space responded to my post 4 days ago regarding theft and liability. They as usual gave me the run around when I called and they have done nothing to resolve this matter. The property has had numerous reviews of theft posted on various sites, so it is obvious there is a problem with security at their facility! Extra Space has false and misleading advertisements stating they provide secure storage!

BEWARE multiple units and parking at this facility have had theft activity. The facility had lights and cameras out. Windows were broken and theft occurred in multiple vehicles. Extra Space failed to comply to their advertisement of providing a safe and secure facility. Employees were fully aware of the nonworking lights and cameras and admitted to this, yet the facility still refuses to pay for the broken window.
