Eric and Nicki went out of their way to make us feel welcome! We originally rented a 5x210 unit but transitioned to a 10x for more space. We found both units to be clean and move in ready. Auto pay is an easy feature that makes monthly rental payments convenient. Thank you ESS team!

Terrific! I Rent a small unit and it's great, clean and staff are super helpful. They set up real quick so you can move in fast. I like the texting it alerts for billing etc.

We needed a storage space close to home for about 1 and this was perfect. It was close, clean, secure and every person who worked there was amazingly helpful, Polite and always smiling . Highly recommend this location. 5 stars
Excellent service provided with most friendly fashion. Ernie, the manager in charge, made all the difference. He made signing up so easy and gave us many useful tips re storage (our first!) which really facilitaed all our work. Bravo for a 10 star service !
The whole team at Extra Space in Mclean is amazing!!!! We have changed storage units several times over the past 2 years and they have been unbelievably helpful! The storage facility is clean and well maintained. Top notch building and even better staff! Keep rockin'.
In terms of customer service, this Extra Space location can't be beat. I went to several different self storage places to look at units and compare prices. The manager, Ernie, at this Extra Space was extra helpful. The facility is new, clean and well kept. Ernie went out of his way to help me out and ensure that my needs would be met (I need to access my unit very often, sometimes daily). While there is less expensive self storage out there, none of them compared in customer service and cleanliness.
