The lady at the reception desk works very hard, is efficient, knowledgeable, ready to help, friendly and well-mannered. The storage is also very close to where we live and therefore, easily accessible. I also like that there are movers with your group whom we can hire when we need help. I would gladly recommend this particular Extra Space Storage in McLean to future clients. I give it the top rating of 5. OB.

The facility is immaculately maintained. Staff members are personable and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They are happy to see you and treat you like family. The rates are very reasonable!

this place is excellent, covered parking, climate controlled units and the staff is super helpful and friendly. The manager Nicolette, is very accommodating and helpful . I highly recommend this storage facility
