I've rented a unit here for several years, and the recent events have been overwhelming. A pipe outside my unit leaked, and the resulting water intrusion caused mold to develop inside. Watch giving your credit card to these guys. They charge for the month up front, so they need to refund if you don't check out on the day of their billing cycle. Getting them to refund the credit has become a major pain. I would try someplace else. We used this storage place for quite a while (the old management was less rude than the current manager.)
