I got a unit at their Solano way in concord location. James the manager is a very nice guy. He will go the extra mile to help you out.

the crew at Extra Space Storage have a down to earth way of dealing with customers. they understand needs and treat customers the way they themselves would want to be treated. they make all aspects of moving in, moving out, transferring from units and billing no more difficult then it needs to be. very easy to work with. Recommended!

I have had a storage here now at extra space storage since January of this year people that work at extra space storage are amazing not only are they friendly but they're helpful and they've gone above and beyond to help me with moving to a new storage helping me reduce my payment because I'm a new mother and money's tight and they're just all around a great place to keep extra stuff. I highly recommend the one in Concord near the drive-in movie theaters. Vincent is awesome James is awesome they're just great great people.
