Hi, I had to call in my payment because of security concerns with my card (just replaced due to hacking), and James was so friendly and helpful - it's odd to say, but it's so uncommon to get a 'real voice' now, I wasn't prepared and had another phone in the background going off, my son was testing just how high he could turn up the tv volume, lol...James stuck with me, got me situated and thanked me for my patronage. We rented a storage space from JAMES Charest and it was a great experience they were super nice always clean around the whole property he was always helpful and Kept the whole place very clean
