I made the reservation online, and everything was truly as seamless as they said it would be. I instantly got the gate code, I downloaded the app with no issues, and the key was actually there when we arrived. The space was clean and ready to go. The app is very good and makes the whole process so easy. Since I reserved on a Sunday, the manager called that following Monday to ensure all was well. I would highly recommend this facility.
Highly recommend Extra Space Storage. I rented an inside, climate controlled unit for around 2.5 years at their Brodie location. Employees were professional and helpful. Facility was always clean, well lit, and easy to get in and out of when I needed something.
The space was great! Immaculate. The cool storage kept our baby grand piano and prized possesions intact and dust free. Just to give you an example, we had another storage up the road and all of our items were full of dust and leaves. It was so gross. I would highly recommend Extra Space Storage for your prized possessions. The only thing you need to keep your eye on is the bill. For some reason my bill went up quarterly. They were very professional and helpful. They answered all of my questions clearly. I am glad I decided to go to this extra space storage. I used to go to public storage but I had a much better experience signing on with extra space instead.
