I moved into my storage unit here today with ease. I made my reservation about a week ago through the website, but my neuroticism took over and I wound up calling with a million questions. Lexie answered all of them, even when I wound up calling back once or twice. Best experience ever.. after a long day of moving we realized last minute we needed a storage unit. We were tired and in a bad mood but they made the storage unit experience super easy. They helped us understand the process and we're super helpful and gave us a great rate. We would recommend everyone looking into using them.

My first time using a storage place. The service here was pretty very good. The representatives went out of their way to get us the best deal and saved us money. But more importantly they were very polite, courteous and professional.
Unprofessional Experience with Store Manager Jose Gonzalez and misleading customers I purchased what was supposedly listed as an abandoned storage unit at this extra space storage location, and it was a total scam. The unit wasn't actually abandoned it was just filled with trash, paperwork and leftover items from multiple other units that looked like they had been swept together and resold as one.
