What I want to say is not very complimentary based on my experience at the end of my contract of 5 years at my last location. However, I was a customer for 13 years between 2 different locations (Marlton, NJ & Lumberton, NJ) I don't understand how ES decided increasing my monthly unit rent by 49%...there is ONLY one reason which that is TOTAL GREED! Please do not rent from Extra Space Storage yesterday May 18th I went down to take to air conditioners out of my unit my unit was broken into they robbed my two air conditioners I had this space for 10 11 years never had a problem change management and my unit was broken into also No cameras they said the cameras don't go down to my unit I complained about the lighting I got to walk down to the hall to turn the light on but in front of my unit there's no light so somebody knew that there was no cameras no lighting they broke... read more
