Extra MICE Storage - unit 3003 WARNING! I lost ALL of my upholstered furniture that was expertly shrink wrapped to a MOUSE INFESTATION. Worse I spent $4,800 storing it and Extra Space Storage will not refund me. All in I've lost almost $20,000. I'm devastated. Corporate managers are horrible. On site management tried to be helpful, but were silenced. See you court, unfortunately.
I reserved a unit and got a confirmation e-mail that said the unit would be ready for me on a certain date. It said the lock I purchased from them would be inside the unit. I counted on that e-mail, which included all access codes, and showed up after the office hours to find that the unit had not been readied and, even when I opened it, no lock was awaiting me inside. Very disappointing. Rolling door to access building was broken and wide open. The person before me had to go to another level to find a cart, she commented they were all scattered. Where the carts are to be left there were piles of garbage including broken glass. To get to my unit i have to go through a door that does not latch so had to hold it while getting and pushing the cart. Wanted to returned to finish moving my stuff in but don't feel safe going by myself. Not sure i'll keep it long Update: I am dying to get ... read more
This place is always gross, dirty, and unsafe for anyone to go to day or night. There is no cell service inside the building please carry a weapon. There are a lot of sketchy people hanging around. The back gate was open for over 2 months and now the front gate is open yesterday for anyone to get in the storage parking lot. People leave the doors open too with the orange cone. I am SURPRISED there are not any reviews about this place, I don't blame other people. It's probably not worth their time. Where do I begin... The manager on the premises is the worst person I have dealt with. This will be long so if you are thinking of getting services from this storage, DO NOT! The manager has no idea on how and what customer service is and what hearing the customer out is either. The only sane person who actually is very helpful is A nice lady the assistant manager.
