It was overall, a good experience. The associate was very professional, knowledgeable, and approachable, all at the same time. He answered my questions and did his best to accommodate my requests without any hesitation at all. The only glitches to my visit were that there was only one door for everyone to have access to their units because the other one wasn’t operational. Kevon at the Merrick Road Valley office was extremely helpful and pleasant all the time Denise and her coworker ( I forgot his name - black guy with glasses) at the Elmont Road/Linden Blvd branch are the best!! Their costumer service skills are a perfect 10!!!! They are So helpful and pleasant.
Great location and great staff. Easy access to elevator and very clean place.
