I was very satisfied with overall experience.
Extra space in Elmont was a smooth seamless experience for my storage needs. I’m renovating and needed to move my whole use into storage and the facile and paraffin were super helpful. Eric the location manager has an uncanny way of actually remembering his customers and their names. He’s friendly and takes pride in the facility’s apperence. His staff was helpful and engaging. The Elmont LI . NY Location is New and the BEST..... The doors just need sensors for when a car is coming or going in the bays.... The staff is GREAT!
Facility is clean and well maintained. It is well lit and access hours are good. Climate control is a plus if needed. Staff friendly, helpful and courteous.
Customer Service is great, they are considerate and friendly.
