Convenient location. But after you been there a couple months later they send you a letter saying they are raising the price $20 2 months after that same thing another price hike .They do not accommodate a customer if u need a lock off unit you have to be there va video call should be good enough .Nope you gotta stop your job or whatever you may be doing to get there buul...... After 3 years I'm a loyal customer Not in their eyes

I originally rated them 5 stars because their employees were so kind and they had great prices. After 2 years with them they have slowly raised my monthly rate to an astronomical price. For a 10x10 unit they are now charging me $231 per MONTH (started at $80). I am a single mom and cannot afford this. I will be moving out asap and finding a storage facility that isn't money hungry and trying to slowly wring customers out to dry.
