Very friendly staff that is extremely helpful. Very clean facility and it has a sense of security so your belongings are safe. We highly recommend this facility if you are moving and need a rental space for a few months.
The great service of the representative
I had to use the the store space for longer than expected. My main contact person was Jordon. He went out of his way to be helpful from making initial contact until I left the unit. He also called me by by name which is unusual in this day and age. The units were clean when I moved in, and were very climate controlled. The only thing that could be better is more parking spaces. Sometimes larger moving trucks and vehicles need more than one space. Altogether, great experience.
Lynne was so helpful with an out of the ordinary situation. Quick follow up. Great experience!
Jordin was very helpful & personable. He showed me the unit before completing my paperwork, and the process was very fast! I do want to note that there is a $11 insurance fee that I was unaware of prior to reserving a unit. That’s just something to keep in mind. All in all, my experience was great !
