RecommendedI had to use the the store space for longer than expected. My main contact person was Jordon. He went out of his way to be helpful from making initial contact until I left the unit. He also called me by by name which is unusual in this day and age. The units were clean when I moved in, and were very climate controlled. The only thing that could be better is more parking spaces. Sometimes larger moving trucks and vehicles need more than one space. Altogether, great experience.

RecommendedJordin was very helpful & personable. He showed me the unit before completing my paperwork, and the process was very fast! I do want to note that there is a $11 insurance fee that I was unaware of prior to reserving a unit. That’s just something to keep in mind. All in all, my experience was great !

I hate their BAIT AND SWITCH tactics! You sign up for one, fairly reasonable monthly fee, only to have it continually go up. I am now paying 93 for a tiny little unit. AND that includes the $11 monhtly fee because THEY say my Homeowner's insurance doesn't count.
