We did everything online it was quick and easy. When we arrived at the storage units everything look very safe and secure. We were told our lock would be waiting for us in our unit which it was the unit was nice and clean. So happy I went with Extra Space Storage!

I recently got a storage unit from Extra Space Storage on Heisley Rd. in Painesville, which is located close to my apartment. From the start, I was pleased with the customer service department who gave me all the information I needed to decide on this and with the personnel at the store I spoke to. When I was ready to claim the unit, the manager walked me through the process so I could move in right away. To get in and out of the storage area, you need to put in a code on a keypad, but they have an app that allows you to open and close the gate from your phone. Things can’t get much easier than that. The unit itself is clean and easy to access. I chose an indoor unit so it is even well lit. This will work out perfectly for my needs. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage and am pleased with my experience so far.
