The customer service rep (Nathan?) was extremely helpful. Very friendly, focused on answering my questions, was timely in his replies and overall help in answering my questions. It was a true pleasure. It’s nice having an actual knowledgeable and pleasant person to speak with at a storage unit facility.

Good value Great people to deal with.
We did everything online it was quick and easy. When we arrived at the storage units everything look very safe and secure. We were told our lock would be waiting for us in our unit which it was the unit was nice and clean. So happy I went with Extra Space Storage!

I recently got a storage unit from Extra Space Storage on Heisley Rd. in Painesville, which is located close to my apartment. From the start, I was pleased with the customer service department who gave me all the information I needed to decide on this and with the personnel at the store I spoke to.
