So far so good with this location! I don't have a large amount of items to store, just storage boxes filled with items I'm not actively using. I started searching online and quickly found that many storage units are quite pricey! That said - I happened to be looking at the right time (Black Friday) and got a 5x10 unit for 50% off which is a steal! As someone who is completely lost about all things storage, I was blown away by Marcus's assistance! He was personable, funny and kept me informed every few days on storage availability. Unfortunately I was moving during the prime season and there was limited options for the unit I needed but he kept trying every day to see if anything became available- and after a week and a half... we got our unit reserved!! Moving is such a mental and physical stressor. Fortunately, Extra Space Storage has made it so much easier for me. I originally rented a 10X10 but recently upgraded to a 10X20. Due to the inability to log into my account online to facilitate the change, I had to call for assistance. I was lucky to have spoken with Kendra because she was amazing! Very kind and professional. I currently had a small unit and I just paid for the rent too and decided I needed a bigger space, I was able to go in person and switch into a bigger unit with no issues fast and easy.

When I went to check it out, I was helped by very friendly and helpful Tracy Gomez. I wasn't sure which size to get, as I was moving a 2 bedroom apartment into storage. I was originally thinking of getting a 10' X 15', but as I was not totally sure, Tracy suggested I could check out a few units before deciding. She showed me the 10' X 15' (too big), 10' X 10' (too small), the 10' X 13' ended up being my Goldilocks just right. Going with 5*. Friendly people, clean units, good a/c, easy access, great pricing. $257/month for 10x30 vs $227/month for 10x20 at another facility where i have stuff. Needless to say, I'll b moving my stuff here.

I started my unit agreement at 135... they raised to 180, then to 218, and now to 276! No thanks, I'll take my business elsewhere. Never had any problems with service just don't like how they continuously raise the rates.
