After 3 months they nearly doubled the rent from $104 to $185. Thanks for taking advantage of people just because you can.

I would not rent here again. Most recent rent increase of 27% with no notice. I rented here in 2021 at $85/ mo for a 10x10. Now this same unit is $184/mo. This most recent increase was with no advance notice. Rent anywhere else. This location is unfair in its dealings.

Worst storage place I have ever used. In addition to frequently raising rates, they charge fees for throwing away items (after they told me it was ok) and refused to refund the fee. After 2 years I would have thought they valued me a customer. I told them I would move out if they wouldn't refund the fee and all they said was when are you moving? Then when I moved out mid-month, they refused to refund my prorated amount for a partial month.
Seriously just got locked in the facility because the gate code was not working. System showed out of service & the "emergency assistance" did not answer...
