Called initially to go look at a space on Main in Hesperia and the gentleman was super helpful. Unfortunately it is first come first serve and I waited to long but he calles another location while I quickly drove over and told them I was on my way. Melissa was very friendly and super helpful. Even went above and beyond when the system wasn't working. She called someone to figure it out! Overall would highly recommend this place!

This place is the best! Seriously can't express enough how happy I am with their customer service, pricing and cleanliness. Everything was explained to me in a very understandable way. I was really happy with how helpful the staff was. Everything was well kept and clean. Just an overall great business. I would absolutely recommend this storage place over any other in the area.

Melissa the manager at this location is very helpful and goes above and beyond what's expected. I've been to quite a few storage facilities in the area and this is one of the cleanest if not the cleanest facility in the area. Thanks for the help it's very appreciated!

We are having a large party at our house in a month and we have lots of stuff that needs to be moved out in order to make room for all the people. After checking with several storage places around town who could not offer us any storage units we found Extra Storage in Hesperia. Toni made this process so easy! The prices are reasonable! Super clean shinny like new place. I feel safe and secure knowing how much Toni cares about storage space. My first impression after reserving space online I got a call right away confirming reservation, she was professional and helpful. When I got there she was personable and helpful preemptively provided information she knew I would be concerned about. So comfortable we chit chatted a bit, laughed and shared stories. Two thumbs up! Thank you Toni!!!!
