Easy flexible option if you need extra storage. Excellent customer service. Nice location. Clean and secure storage. Completely automated entry and exit. During working hours the customer service is vigilant. Two cars tail gated, they were immediately looked upon.
Very quick and easy to rent a storage unit
I was closing on a home on Tuesday, when I got a call on Friday that the sale had fallen through, due to some issues with the seller. I was distraught and out of options. I was to be out of the home I was in by Wednesday of the following week. I called first thing Saturday and was able to talk to Dan who walked me through the whole process. He really took his time with me and explained to me how it would work and went as far as reviewing the cheapest rates for what I needed. I really appreciated the care he took with me.
The front desk lady was very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous
Danai is very helpful and sweet person. She’s one of the reasons I’ve decided to rent a space with them . I have 4 spaces now .
I was with this location for over 6-7 years with two units in that time and the customer service is outstanding. Amy is a very empathetic, relatable and professional person to work with and is definitely an asset to the ExtraSpace brand.
These people arbitrarily raised the rent by $80.00 or 42% without notice. The person I spoke to said that on a month to month lease rates may be raised at any times. She also told me that I was lucky because the recommended rate was $310.00. or 55%. She agreed to reduce increase by $40.00,but did not say for how long. When I rented the unit,I told the clerk I wanted to rent for 6 months,possibly more. I assumed it was a 6 month lease. Not so,to receive a 6 month or longer guaranteed rate ,you must pay in advance.
