Horrible customer service! Police told us they're have been numerous thief's here! All of my valuable belongings have been taken from me. You would think these associates have One job, and that's to keep an eye on the units yet the thief's had enough time to steel over 50k dollars of our hard earned belongings and nothing was caught on camera. We are so heart broken! Do not trust these people! Scam artist!
Deceptive and illegal practices. They force everyone at this facility to purchase insurance even though it is against the law for non-licensed agents to broker insurance. Their insurance is not required. If they require you to have it, you need to walk somewhere else.
