I was treated with so much respect, especially during my time of need. When I decided to leave, Lorraine was wonderful checking me out and wanted to make sure I was going to be ok. She is remarkable and I have recommended Extra Space Storage to other people. Thank you so much!!

Great customer service was in n out of office and able to move my stuff right in that night. Lorraine was great help! Site is clean and well maintained prices are decent for space you are getting. And what i love the most it is literally down the street from my house!! :)

Poor management and complete incompetence from the workers not allowing me to acquire my personal belongings from my storage despite paying what I had needed to pay. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Our family just started renting a unit at this location in January. We received a notice by mail that they are jumping up the rate by $100. Wow!!!! The notice indicates that the rates are adjusted depending on current market demands but you don't get any proof. We are already looking elsewhere to rent a unit from. They might dangle a carrot in front of you (online promotion) or in person, but they already know they going to bite you BIG! I'm so disappointed after renting with extra space for 9 months. I moved out this weekend come to find my storage unit infested with roaches. I had to throw out a lot of my belongings due to this. This is disgusting! For as much as they charge you would think they would maintain their storage units. Not to mention raising the prices, and being locked out of my unit when I need to access it after office hours, paid for movers and was unable to unlock my storage unit. While the facility is well-maintained, price fluctuations are causing me to end my contract with Extra Space. When I signed my contract with them last April, the non-promotional rate I received was for $192. By September, the rate had jumped to $221, and last month the rate jumped again to $254. While I expect rental rates to rise, I didn't expect a 33% increase in one year. Horrible customer service! Police told us they're have been numerous thief's here! All of my valuable belongings have been taken from me. You would think these associates have One job, and that's to keep an eye on the units yet the thief's had enough time to steel over 50k dollars of our hard earned belongings and nothing was caught on camera. We are so heart broken! Do not trust these people! Scam artist!

Deceptive and illegal practices. They force everyone at this facility to purchase insurance even though it is against the law for non-licensed agents to broker insurance. Their insurance is not required. If they require you to have it, you need to walk somewhere else.
