He offers competitive prices on storage units and demonstrates exceptional attentiveness to all details, creating a welcoming and comfortable experience. Came in this week for my big move with some seriously heavy boxes, and the store manager, Darius, came to assist me right away! It was quite a blessing, as I wasn't sure how I was going to transport the items from my vehicle with their lift being inoperable. Darius stepped right into action, and even gave me some pointers on how to cut corners and get to my locker with all my things. He literally made my move hassle-free and pleasant. The extra storage on Bladensburg Rd, Bladensburg,Md is clean.* Stop putting tape over my lock.! They say it's for security,the main office never heard of doing that. They put new tape over the old tape! Lazy. Also, the front office smells like weed,I could have gotten high if I spent any more time there.. The office person was so high when I went in. Hire retired people that know how to be professional.

If you need a storage unit asap, these are the people to see. They know you are in a jam and freaked out and make your storage available like magic. service is awesome. They are helpful and supportI've and get you on your way fast. BTW: they've got the best prices around DC

I've only posted one other Yelp review, so it's only when I feel monumentally moved to compliment a business that I do this. The people of Extra Space Storage, from the representatives at corporate office to the people at 3320 Bladensburg Rd, Brentwood, MD, have been consistently gracious and well-organized. Super good customer service. Both Brittany and Douglas at the Reston facility were really helpful and accommodating. Walked me through the whole process...literally. The only drawback to these folks is that they don't offer the first month free like some other companies...otherwise I'm completely happy with their services and facility.

I am a current customer of this location and I just spoke with a fantastic employee at this Extra Space Storage about my billing. Her name was Keisha and she was friendly, welcoming and very knowledgable to all of my questions. I feel confident to have my valuabes stored at this facility. Keisha is an A+ employee. Patient, kind and gets the job done. I hope everytime that i call or come to this facility she is there to help me!!! Great work Keisha!!! -V.
