The facility is well maintained and clean. The initial process was smooth. I think the main door to the storage facility is in need of repair, per another customer when I went their yesterday.
I’ve had an extremely helpful and straightforward experience thus far. The manager is excellent and he goes above and beyond. For my first storage unit this is a perfect location!
This is my SECOND time renting from EXTRA SPACE STORAGE -- the experience BOTH times has been AWESOME!!! Specifically, Colby and Ben were PHENOMENAL -- they were BOTH SUUUUPER knowledgeable and got my Fam and I set-up WITHOUT A HITCH!!! Colby was a FABULOUS communicator in laying out ALL the options. Kudos to Ben for the CLEANLINESS of the unit -- you could LITERALLY eat off the floor!!!
Today I came in looking for a space. The attendant was very pleasant and knowledgeable 😀 I was so pleased 👍🏿
