The facility is well maintained and clean. The initial process was smooth. I think the main door to the storage facility is in need of repair, per another customer when I went their yesterday.

This is my SECOND time renting from EXTRA SPACE STORAGE -- the experience BOTH times has been AWESOME!!! Specifically, Colby and Ben were PHENOMENAL -- they were BOTH SUUUUPER knowledgeable and got my Fam and I set-up WITHOUT A HITCH!!! Colby was a FABULOUS communicator in laying out ALL the options. Kudos to Ben for the CLEANLINESS of the unit -- you could LITERALLY eat off the floor!!!
