My Customer service person made everything easy and simple
Extra storage is a great place to rent. A ramp is needed, a map should be placed on walls and unit locks should be checked to make sure working smoothly for customer. Mine doesnt. It's a struggle every time.

Great location and good customer service who takes time to explain you unit and policy.
The person that helped me was very friendly and helped me out the whole process to rent the unit. The only problem is that I was stuck outside because the door to enter to all the units didn’t open. Overall I loved my visit.
The customer service was excellent. The location is very convenient and the facility is clean.

The manager Jamal was friendly and helpful. The storage area is secure, climate controlled and well lighted. The rental experience was very easy. They offer a variety of spaces with excellent prices. You do not have to purchase their insurance if you have home owners or rental insurance on your own. They offer a Senior Discount.
