Just excellent customer service at this location. The way business use to be ...... customer service goes a long way in doing business with me. I will go somewhere else in a heartbeat to get treated with excellent customer service. I work hard for my money and don't expect to go into a business and give my hard earned money away and get treated any ole way. I work hard for mine and I like to see Extra Space deserve theirs.
Just rent 5x5 unit for my extra staff. The unit is high and can fit a lot. Staff in office very nice
My experience with Extra Storage has surpassed my expectations. The facility is spotless, the customer service displayed by Celso and Darrell has been really great. It is nice to see the same couple of friendly faces throughout my move-in process. Being that I am a single woman and the facility is large and mostly quiet, it is really nice that they they always say hi and check in with me to ask if I need help, so I don't feel "creeped out" being alone inside the building. Customer service was good - they were able to answer my questions accurately and able to easily fix a minor issue I was having with my code. When I am on site, it is fast and easy to get my items in to my storage space.
