Great experience! Signed up online, then showed up on Saturday. It only took 15 minutes to fill out the paperwork, and I had my keys and a bunch of boxes for packing. Courteous and quick, that's what matters to me, and they delivered.

I honestly don't know why the prices keep going up by $30 or more every 3-4 months. Someone called Erick, I believe, never told us about this! And we're planning on leaving! We stared with less than $100 dollars every month and now it's been about a year or so and we're now paying $227 monthly. Thats crazy!

Steven and Rachel are not helpful and are very condescending towards customers. In fact, in speaking with Rachel - we shared how we had a sick family member and needed assistance in changing email. Her response was "get him better". Steven was equally as rude and wouldn't give contact information for his manager. Rachel and Steven would only share the name "Buck". I had my furniture in this place for just three months, and this past weekend I found my Sofa eaten by mice!!! they have mice!!! be careful with new furniture. Their insurance policy does not cover damage due to rodents. They are not responsible for any damages due to mice or roaches. The staff is nice, but they have a rodent problem in this place. So sorry for my new Sofa. ;(

So, my girlfriend rented 3 units from 3 different local storage facilities. It's never a good experience, and avoid storage if possible. However, some units are bearable, and some are not. This was, by wide margin, the worst. 1) The staff consisted of two people, who possibly live in the units. The one was decent, the other was rude and off putting. The terms of agreement at this facility are subject to change at any time, as stated in #7 of the contract. My rate increased by $10 a month with no notification to me. When I called the office to inquire about it, they referred me to the contract and #7 which clearly states they can change it whenever they feel like it. Poor business practice! They could have at least sent me a notice in the mail to give me a heads up!

This place has an average facility but access is very limited. We chose them over their competitors from their "web special". The web page kept giving errors when trying to make the reservation, so I called their customer service line and said I saw this price. They must have ignored me and never gave it to me. I did not realize this until I had my stuff sent there. They told me they would review the "recording" and see if it was offered. Nevermind that it is all over their WEB PAGE!!!
