Customer service was good - they were able to answer my questions accurately and able to easily fix a minor issue I was having with my code. When I am on site, it is fast and easy to get my items in to my storage space.

Great customer service The whole process was by phone and Thru the website, I was able to get it done in minutes. Staff were friendly, capable , respectful! The storage rooms are clean , well maintenance .

I have had a great experience. Moving can be a huge head ache however the Extra Space rental process was quick and easy.
