Gave away my reservation shortly after confirming on the phone with me because someone else called and wanted to rent same day. This place thinks it's ok to take, confirm reservations and then cancel them citing 'it's first come first serve'. If that's the case why is the website accepting reservations and why is the location confirming them on the phone? The reservation was only for the following day anyway so it was a one day hold. A lot of places I see or used in the past were kind of dirty and not well maintained. Not the case here. Clean. Friendly staff. Helpful. Steve in particular, thanks for all of your assistance. I know my things are safe for as long as I need to keep them there.
Ask for Steven he was very professional and helped me get the perfect size storage unit and made my moveing experience so much easier and they give you a free lock to keep your personal belongings safe
Storage is expensive everywhere, but the management here took good care of us whenever we needed anything. I would recommend this storage company if you need storage. Stephen is great!
