From the time I inquired about a unit here through my onboarding and load-in, this office has been friendly and efficient. Ms. Carol called me after I initially reserved my unit online to answer any questions. When I met her in-person, she continued to show me personalized attention and answered all my questions. Sade handled my onboarding, the day I signed docs, and the entire process was painless. The units are clean and very secure. I have no complaints.

I have rented a unit with Carol and Tamara for just about a year. Due to my circumstances I have had to exchange unit sizes several times and they made it super easy!! The experience was one of, if not the best customer service experiences that I have had to date! They are friendly, knowledgable and ready to help. It felt great knowing that my belongings were secure and that if I had any questions or concerns they were there for me. I highly recommend renting a unit at this location! :)
