Recently I absentmindedly failed to fully lock the latch on the door of my unit. Carol texted me to let me know my unit was insecure and I was able to lock it. I again did this and Tamara also took care of it for me. I feel that my stuff is safe and secure here.

I highly recommend this place. So easy to rent your unit and get everything set up online. I did have the pleasure of working with Tamara. She went way out of her way to help me, above and beyond the call of duty. It is so appreciated when you are dealing with someone that you actually feel cares and helps every way possible.. Great customer service and a very nice facility.
I got a great space for a good price. The attendant is very helpful. The space is very clean and well-maintained. If you're looking for climate-controlled storage, I highly recommend this establishment on Charlotte Pike in West Nashville.
After looking at several places online I contacted extra storage. The on site manager was extremely helpful and made the decision to choose and visit the location an easy one for me with her help. She made the entire process as simple and easy to complete as it was able to be.

Everyone was exceptional and helping. They were willing to help in every way including trying to get us the cheapest price. They walked me to my unit location and also demonstrated how to lock and unlock the unit. Very clean and well kept including climate temp. All around a perfect place for storage needs.
