Do NOT rent from this place. It is a money scam and customer service is horrific. Within 2 years our rent tripled in price and it wasn't until deciding to leave that they offered to lower it (despite numerous attempts in the months leading up to this. I gave proper move out notice, but they refuse to prorate the rent and return the 2.5 weeks that we had prepaid but are unused due to moving out. Again, this is WITH proper move out notice.
