RecommendedI used them today, but I was very disappointed my movers had to move all this heavy furniture into such a hot burning unit! I was under the impression I was paying for climate controlled!! Very misleading by the call center in Utah!! Jay, who works there tried to help me best way he could!!!! He was great!!
