My wife was looking for a storage at Bruce Rd and Taylor Rd. Our reservation was taken that waa made the previous evening. Troy took her to view some other spaces. She showed me the spaces through facetime and was able to see them. My wife was happy with the quick process and space selected. Kudos to Troy for allowing options on a Friday evening. I would recommend this location to others looking for a space to store their belongings.

I’ve been with this facility since 2021 and it is always 10/10 service. I needed a unit transfer recently and literally within minutes I was all set and completely satisfied.

This is hands down the best storage unit I’ve ever used. They make it so simple . I started out with a larger unit but asked if i could switch to a smaller one . They said no problem and made the transition so easy! Both units were cleans and easily accessible. The moving carts are so helpful too! I definitely will continue business with them as long as i can! Thank you guys for always greeting us with a smile and great customer service !
