RecommendedI rented today without pricing out any other locations solely because of Danielle the manager! There are not enough positive words! ��
They basically force you to purchase the insurance with your unit. Then when you have a valid claim, they work with American Claims Management to NOT pay your claim. They ask you to submit photos of damaged items that clearly show water damage, but try to get through a loophole of pinning EVERYTHING on mold. Even if it clearly shows water damage. If you can afford to insure your items through other means, do not use the RECOMMENDED claims company American Claims Management. I question the legitimacy of their practices. I als... read more
RecommendedAlthough I love the staff, the storage units are clean, and they will do what they can to accommodate you-- their boxes are useless. I bought 3 and had light stuff in each and ALL 3 busted in the corners or the handles ripped. So in my opinion - come here for all your storage needs, but go elsewhere for boxs!
