I did not initially understand the internet difference with the local telephone price. Also I was trying to deal with a difficult situation. And trying to figure out how much space I needed. And because of Covid the time of doing the moving was impacted. Representatives called me but did not quite understand my constraints in view of my situation. Overall I am happy.

Storage unit it clean and well maintained. Employee was patient when I was indecisive. But prices, the fee to actually get the first month free I was still charge half price for the first month then it should not be known as first month free.
Everything went well, very quick and easy. Facility is very clean, easily accessible, secure, with carts to easily move your things from your vehicle to the unit. Highly recommended!
I rented my unit online so I didn’t have interaction with an employee but they were in the office if I needed them. You’ve made the process so easy I didn’t have a need for your employee.

Employees were very friendly and informative. The storage unit was so clean it looked brand new. Security is excellent with cameras everywhere and the climate inside was perfect for my family heirlooms to be stored. This is my second time storing with this company and I will not store anywhere else.
