The staff is friendly, they were very professional and helpful during my visit. The outside of the property as well as the inside is very clean, tue lights come on as soon as you step inside the building, this is definitely a plus for me. The is nice music that is playing in the building, and when you go inside the security gate you go under a covered area where you loaf and unload your property so, no matter what the weather is you will not have to worry about you or your property getting wet or snowed on. Really satisfied with the customer service at Extra space Storage Paula delivers excellent customer service she even gave me a follow up call just to make sure everything was going accordingly. She made the moving process seamless. If you’re in need of a storage space you should definitely check out the Glen Burnie location on Ritchie Highway.
