Both me and my sister both have a unit here at extra space storage the prices are very affordable the staff at the front desk are very pleasant and kind the entire place is grade A spotless clean as a whistle I would highly recommend this company for someone looking for a storage unit oh and not to mention the units are very big and I got a 5x10

the ladies in the office are kind and professional. they make the moving process easy .they make sure you have what you need and do friendly follow up calls I have two storage accounts with extra and I'm happy. the building is safe and secure its. clean and easy to get in .the rapid rent is awsome and easy. I love this place

very clean very well organized and brightly lit. great security, you have go enter your personal code at least 3 times to get to your storage unit. that makes me feel secure storing my stuff at this location

My husband and I went to the Dover Road location and spoke with Carissa whom was Extremely helpful and kind. We were on a hunch for time and she got us in and out with absolutely no problems and we got our first month free with a promotion. We are very satisfied with our visit and rental today.
