im on a fixed income and need a storage bin thats was affordable but to raise my rent almost 30% is outrageous . the units and facility are very good but the insulation sprayed on ceiling and walls are falling onto my furniture and bins some cause damage but yet after complaining nothing gets resolved but and increase in rent way too much and for what? HELP!

They had a variety of units in many sizes. The rates were reasonable. I love the drive up option. The staff was very helpful. Only issue was the keypad. It was hard to locate when I drove up.

Very nice location, very convenient we visit our family in Mass and CT from Florida and we drove up our car and they gave us 24 hr access to the car so we don't have to rent a car which sometimes can be expensive.

Over the past several winters, I've stored a car at various Extra Space facilities in Eastern Connecticut. It's always been a good experience. The units are clean and secure. I've never had a problem gaining access to my space. The people staffing the facilities have always been courteous and helpful. Moving in and out and billing are all straight-forward.
