Yes I do. I rented a storage bin in 163 south rd.Enfield,CT today and the manager there named Kai Pegues was very informative and explained everything to me and was very polite she has great customer service and explained everything about the storage bin policy and recommendations and plans of size of I need it for storage I had a wonderful experience .

Currently I have storage at a couple of different places due to a business and having cleaned out my parents stuff after they passed and couldn't throw stuff out and needed time before giving it away. I have had this storage unit since 2017 and a few years back the buildings were painted and paint got into my lock. I complained a few times as the lock would stick and I felt that Extra Space should give me a new lock and they wouldn't. This past week, I had to have lock sawed off it wouldn't move. Everything in my resent move was a fail except my new storage unit. I did everything online the night before I needed it and it was ready when I was.
