Matthew made sure our experience was absolutely the best. My senior uncle needed assistance with renting a storage unit. Matthew was so helpful, very honest and polite. The service was amazing, and even though it was a yucky rainy day, he ensured our experience was great.

This is my second time in the past year that I have been in need of a storage unit. Extra Space Storage on Acacia has been my go-to because they maintain a clean facility, their customer service is on point, and the price is comparable to others in the area. One of the best qualities the facility and business offers is the true hassle free service they offer. I am extremely happy to store my belongings here.

I haven't used an Extra Space in a while but when I did, I don't remember being treated as kind, efficient & going above & beyond to help me find the right price for a storage unit as I'm on a budget! I'll make sure to always come back to this location for my future storage needs....thank you again!

I went here looking for a extra large storage space and they were very accommodating to me and within 10 minutes I was ready to go, had a new lock, which I really like it was a combination lock not a key lock and then when I was leaving they gave me a shield to wear over my face mask. It was definitely a fast process and painless just what I was looking for

I dealt with a few different places in town and this place was absolutely easiest and most smooth to move in with. They sell locks on premises and gave me a first month move in free special. Only $54 for lock and all fees. Rex has great customer service, very professional and polite.
