Great prices! Great customer service! Guy was very friendly and took care of us. Its very secure and he checks the lockers everyday.

We stored our trailer here and had a great experience. The facility is so clean and secure. Rex was excellent in communicating with us when the window on our trailer broke. He noticed on his daily rounds and called us right away to let us know the window had broken but there was no sign of a break in. When we came to check it out he was correct and it was actually a previous crack that was already there that had just gotten bigger. We really loved storing our trailer here and have nothing but positive things to say.

The best feature, other than the friendly staff and onsite live in security, is the fact the gate is open until 10:00pm It's always clean and I highly recommend this storage facility.
Robert was very responsive & made the process quick with signing and selecting our unit. I will definitely keep this location in mind for all of my storage needs. He also worked fast to cut an old lock off the unit for us!! My client's insurance company had a set monthly budget which was less than the actual price but extra storage worked with us & got us set up.
Very affordable rates and friendly customer service. I've been renting at this facility since June & they were originally a different company. Since the business changed to Extra Space Storage I've noticed a lot of improvements around the property. Nice, new & welcoming reception area... new assault was put down just a few weeks ago. My storage unit was broken into and stole all my die cast collection from my storage unit without breaking the lock. So it had to be an inside job. Someone has the master keys to get in. My spouse and I have all the keys accounted for! Please don't rent here. Rex the manager didn't want to help out or provide any assistance. Bob the manager he lives in the property said nothing and didn't bother offer assistance when we told him about the situation. My storage unit was robbed last month by the people in the unit next to me. I filed a police report. Because I had a AirTag in my safe I gave them the address to where my safe was located.. the site gave me a new. The thieves came back and stole all the rest of my stuff.. there is no camera view of my locker, and there are no alarms when lockers are opened.. do not store your things here or they will be stolen and they will let the thieves back in there to steal the rest of your stuff like they came and stole mine twice

I recently had a trailer stored in this storage facility. It wasn't clear to me that I had signed up under a promo. After 3 months the price was going to double. The manager cut the increase in half, but still 50% increase in price after 3 months. The manager did offer to wave the payment and refund me to pull out the day it was due.
