Signing up was a breeze and Tina and Rebecca made it extra easy. We went in person to view and receive a quote. Rebecca was super nice and showed us the unit. We had forgotten ID so I ended up applying for the unit online. I did make an error but Tina was so nice and was able to help me fix it. So far, so good!

I would give it 5 but the layout isn't that great. The people are great and they were very considerate of our handicapped situation. I look forward to our time here.

The girl was fast and efficient really nice and helpful.. seems to be a great experience here at this storage place. Also nice and clean well kept..all around comfortable environment...
I've used this storage a couple times and they always have great move in specials and clean units.

Staff was nice. Just disappointed because I got my small unit for a good price. Been there almost 2 years, and I always get mail saying the price is going up. Its like I'm being punished for being a good customer? Other than that I've had no problems.
This facility is great! The onsite manager is very nice and very helpful as well as very conscientious about the security of the place. I used the auto-pay option which is convenient and hassle free. The facility is clean and secure and I absolutely recommend this site to anyone looking for a safe storage unit!
I only used the storage space for a couple of weeks during a transitional relocation from the Bay area to the Modesto area. In that time, whenever I came to the storage, both Manuel and the manager were extremely nice, professional and helpful. Manuel rode around doing his inspections of the storage units to ensure that everyone's belongings were safe. It's a very clean and well run storage area. Found Extra Storage online, sign up process was very easy and received a call from the manager with 30 minutes to confirm. Upon arriving at facility, the manager had the paper work ready to sign and unit assigned. Location is completely gated, secure and always kept very clean. Prices a very fair and will use them as long as we travel.........I highly recommend this location for your storage needs!!!!
