The good: -The initial price I got was pretty good. -They have a phone app that you can use to open and close the gates. -All the staff I dealt with were really nice. The bad: -That pretty good initial price was $84.21. After two months it increased to $157.20! That's a $73 increase, almost doubled my rent. If I could id leave 0 stars. Brought my RV here last year in August, hoping to keep it safe. At first, they started off with a reasonable rate of $145. But just a few months in, my husband and I get a called that someone broke into our bottom storage and broke the lock. Stole almost everything which was worth $300-500 worth of camping gear. Make sure before you sign your contract and fork over that money, that you actually plan on moving in. I paid for two months in advance, and decided I didn't need the storage after three days. I hadn't even moved a box in or cut the seal to put on my own lock and they only refunded me $90 out of the $204 I had paid. Pretty unfortunate if you ask.
These guys advertise a free months rent, but then say that there is only 1 unit in the whole place available for that deal. They tell you there Amos a unit available, first come first serve and when you show up 10 minutes later it's gone and they try to upgrade you to something twice the price. SMH!
