The facility is clean and easy to use. We did have to call to find out which door was closest to our unit, as it wasn't explained during the original call. The phone was answered right away and we were given directions promptly. I would recommend this location.

Great customer service! They made everything so easy. The facility is clean and well lit. I also like that there are overhead doors to the main building. We were moving some larger items and it was so nice to open the overhead door and not have to try to maneuver through a man door. I just wish they had more carts. On one of our trips there were no carts by the door and we had to walk around the building to find one.

the service I received from Casey ,, at the location on n arizona Ave, the place is very clean easy ac cess, and a good reasonable price for the 5 by 5 I rented can't complain.

Very clean! Tangela was manager and was very nice and very helpful. I have been to other places and she was so professional and nice! I felt pricing was fair also. Next day I was adding stuff to my unit and she greeted me which was nice!

I am beyond happy with my experience from start to current and im sure to finish! The facility is super clean, easy to access and maintain, my initial experience really set the tone for whats to come, the employee that helped us was SO nice, she was herself very authentic, no fake sales mumbo jumbo , she really took the time to hear our story and our needs, and tailored our experience to that.
